Nannily is run by a team of experienced nannies. They met whilst nannying in Switzerland - Heather Wingfield, Nikki Melbourne and Amy Matthews.

    
Heather - founder (based in Sheffield, UK)

Heather is an NNEB trained nanny with 7 years experience. She is also now a mum! These experiences have given her a good insight into the concerns, needs and positive aspects of being both a parent and a nanny. Heather has a good knowledge of business, as she has completed a BTEC in business and finance, followed by an HND in leisure studies, and has previously worked for the employment service. Heather has a passion for learning and is always looking for seminars and extra courses to complete to improve our service and management. As a consultant in Sheffield, Heather's role is to interview nannies, and discuss positions with families in the north England and Switzerland.          

Nikki - founder (based in Dorset, UK)

    
Nikki is also an NNEB trained nanny with 8 years experience. She was living and working in Switzerland for 6 years. Nikki is now a Mummy too - starting her family whilst living in Switzerland. Nikki has now re-located back to the UK to the Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire borders. Her experiences as a nanny and mother have given her a good understanding of being both and nanny and mother in a foreign country, as well as the concerns and demands of re-locating with a small child.

Nikki is our consultant for the South of England and overseas (including Switzerland). Her role is to discuss positions with families and offer advice when needed, interview nannies and carry out background checks on nannies.

Nikki knows the Geneva/ Lausanne regions of Switzerland well and would be happy to help new nannies (and families) with information about these areas.

Amy-Partner (based in London)  

Amy is NNEB trained and also has a HNC in early childhood studies. She has 9 years experience and has lived and worked in 9 countries. After returning home Amy is now joining us to run the London area.

Amy is a friendly consultant and tries to meet all nannies and families in person within the London area, Amy has great organisation skills and will attend business courses through out the

year.                                                                                                     

Nannily  prides itself on being a very personal, yet professional nanny agency. We are here to listen, and offer our advice to any problems or queries, however big or small! We are here for both the families and nannies at every step of the way!
