Nannily is run by a team of experienced nannies. The two founders met whilst nannying in Switzerland - Heather Wingfield and Nikki Melbourne.

    
Heather - founder (based in UK)

Heather is an NNEB trained nanny with 7 years experience. She is also now a mum! These experiences have given her a good insight into the concerns, needs and positive aspects of being both a parent and a nanny. Heather has a good knowledge of business, as she has completed a BTEC in business and finance, followed by an HND in leisure studies, and has previously worked for the employment service. Heather has a passion for learning and is always looking for seminars and extra courses to complete to improve our service and management. As a consultant in England, Heather's role is to interview nannies, and discuss positions with families in the UK.          

Nikki - founder (based in Switzerland)

    
Nikki is also an NNEB trained nanny with 8 years experience. She has been living and working in Switzerland for 5 years. As a consultant in Switzerland, Nikki's role is to interview nannies, and meet with families in Switzerland. Telephone and email discussions are also available. Nikki is in contact with a network of nannies in the Nyon/Geneva area of Switzerland, and will be happy to help new nannies settle in.
