What will we do for you?

• We are here to help you find the perfect nanny!
• We meet the majority of our nannies in person. If this is not possible, we hold a thorough telephone or Skype interview. This helps us to establish whether they are a suitable candidate for our agency. It also helps us to discover their personality and requirements, so that we can match them to yours.
• We follow up at least 2 references for all of our candidates.
• We ask for copies of childcare certificates, to verify qualifications.
• We ask all nannies to present a piece of photo identification.
• We ask all nannies to apply for a criminal record check. (If a CRB was unobtainable for any reason it will be written at the top of the interview sheet)
• We are able to provide you with a sample contract, between family and nanny, on request.
• We offer an aftercare service, so if you find that you have any queries, issues or problems, we are here to help!
